  • A perfectly absorbable organic form of magnesium , combined with an optimal dose of the active coenzymatic form of vitamin B6, which additionally increases its absorption in our bodies.
  • Absorption is additionally supported by the structure of the capsule itself, the so-called DRcaps, which is resistant to gastric acids, breaks down in the small intestine, which is responsible for the absorption of nutrients.
  • Our product, like the others, is produced in places with GMP certification (standard for medicines) and is extensively tested.
  • You can find a lot of products containing magnesium on the market. However, the differences in absorption can be striking. First of all, we can distinguish organic and inorganic forms of magnesium. Differences in digestibility between these forms are widely described in research. Magnesium from inorganic compounds is absorbed on average by 10-16% and only 4% in the case of the popular magnesium oxide.
