    Orders and shipping

  • What shipping methods are available?

    For Poland: DPD courier, DHL collection points and InPost parcel lockers.

    For International shipments: DPD courier.

  • Can I place an order for cash on delivery?

    No.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Poland: Your order should be delivered to you within 2-3 business days.

    International shipments: Depending on the country you live in, 3-7 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping for subscription purchases delivered to Poland is always free. The shipping cost for one-time purchases is PLN 15, regardless of the chosen payment method. The cost of delivering products outside Poland can be found here: link

  • What payment methods are available?

    You can pay for subscription purchases using a payment card or PayPal Express. You can pay for one-off purchases by quick transfer, BLIK, payment card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal Express.

  • Do you issue VAT invoices?

    Yes - for every order. In line with our philosophy of minimizing the amount of materials used, we will send it to you by e-mail when the order is shipped.

  • Do you offer discounts on products?

    Our products contain ingredients in perfectly digestible forms and from carefully selected suppliers from Europe. We produce and test them according to the standard applicable to medicines. The quality and value of our product means we cannot offer discounts on one-time purchases. We are able to share part of our revenues with regular subscription customers, which is why subscription customers always receive free shipping (regardless of the form of delivery) and a discount of up to 15% (vs. one-time order).

  • Do you ship products abroad?

    Yes! List of countries we ship our products to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

  • What is a subscription?

    The subscription involves delivering the products you select to you regularly, once every 30 or 90 days (and the first package is sent immediately after starting the subscription).

    The subscription is convenient, but most importantly, it helps you build and maintain the habit of taking the Daily Base every day, tailored to your stage of life. A healthy life is the sum of healthy habits.

    You can independently, conveniently and cost-free manage all the details of your subscription - products in the subscription, next delivery date or payment method. You can also cancel your active subscription at any time free of charge.

  • Can I change the shipping address for an active subscription?

    Yes. You can do this at any time in your account, in the "My subscriptions" tab. You can also do this by writing to us at kontakt@nikalab.eu .

  • Can I change the shipping method for an active subscription?

    Yes. You can do this at any time in your account, in the "My subscriptions" tab. You can also do this by writing to us at kontakt@nikalab.eu .

  • Can I change the next delivery date?

    Yes. You can do this at any time in your account, in the "My subscriptions" tab. You can also do this by writing to us at kontakt@nikalab.eu .

  • Can I add another product to my active subscription?

    Yes. You can do this at any time in your account, in the "My subscriptions" tab. You can also do this by writing to us at kontakt@nikalab.eu . You can add another product (or change the quantity of the one you are already subscribed to). We will include it in the upcoming shipment!

  • Can I remove one of the products in my active subscription?

    Yes! If you are subscribed to more than one product in your active subscription, you can cancel your subscription to the selected product in the "My Subscriptions" tab in your account.

  • Can I change the product in my active subscription?

    Yes. In the "My subscriptions" tab in your account, you must first add a new product that you want to receive in subsequent shipments, and then cancel the subscription to the one you no longer want to receive.

  • How does auto-pay for a subscription work?

    Recurring payments are made through the payment provider you selected during the ordering process. You can choose from several secure payment providers: Stripe (if you choose the credit card option) or PayPal Express. We collect payments every time we make another shipment.

    It's a bit like... Netflix or Spotify, with the difference that you receive a physical shipment from us!

  • Can I change how I pay for my subscription?

    Yes. You can do this in your account in the "My subscriptions" tab.

    You can choose to pay by card or PayPal Express.

  • Can I order one product as a subscription and another as a one-time purchase in the same shipment?

    Yes. If you're just starting your subscription, simply add your chosen subscription product to your cart and the other as a one-time product. If you already have an active subscription, in the "My subscriptions" tab in your account you can add the product you want to order once to your active subscription. We will include it in your upcoming shipment!

  • Can I have more than one subscription active?

    Yes. We encourage you to do this if you want the products to be regularly delivered to two different addresses (for example, to you and your mother). If you want your products to be delivered to the same address, we encourage you to combine them into one subscription. In this way, together we will reduce the amount of materials used and our carbon footprint.

  • When can I cancel my subscription?

    At any time.

    Please note that canceling your subscription does not affect transactions that have already been processed.

  • Is it free to cancel your subscription?

    Yes.

  • Can I return the product?

    Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products without giving any reason.

    Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging if they have been opened and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This means that you can return the product to us only if the jar and the jar cap have not been damaged.

    Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does apply to products delivered in sealed packaging. If they have been opened they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This means that you can return the product to us only if the jar and the jar cap have not been damaged.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products, after we have positively verified your shipment.

  • How will I receive a refund?

    We will refund you the funds using the same method you used to pay for the order.

  • Should I take a break from taking the Everyday Base?

    No. Even with a consistent and varied diet, we still suffer from deficiencies. They vary depending on gender and age. Each Everyday Base is a set of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals adapted to the stage of life, designed to complement your daily diet so that you can enjoy health and beauty today and for years to come.

  • When is the best time to take Everyday Base? Before, after or during a meal?

    Capsule-in-capsule technology allows us to combine Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. This means that you can take our products at any time, with or without food. 2 capsules at a time. Every day.

  • Fragrance in a jar. Where does it come from?

    We have placed a scented tab in each Everyday Base, soaked in natural essential oil, releasing a fresh scent.

  • Why do some inner capsules have a more intense color inside?

    This is a completely normal difference resulting from the production process using this innovative technology. Each capsule, both with more and less intense color, is of the same high quality.

  • Do Everyday Bases contain lactose?

    No. All nikalab products are vegan, allergen-free and GMO-free. We do not use fillers, preservatives or food colorings.

  • Do Everyday Bases contain gluten?

    No. All nikalab products are vegan, allergen-free and GMO-free. We do not use fillers, preservatives or food colorings.

  • Do Everyday Bases contain soy?

    No. All nikalab products are vegan, allergen-free and GMO-free. We do not use fillers, preservatives or food colorings.

  • Do Everyday Bases contain GMO?

  • Are all nikalab products vegan?

    Yes, but that doesn't mean they are only for vegans. Our products were created with vegans, vegetarians and... all of us in mind, as well as with the health of our planet in mind.

  • Are Everyday Bases only for vegans and vegetarians?

    No. All nikalab products are vegan, which does not mean that they are intended only for vegans and vegetarians. They are for all those who want to take care of their health (and the health of our Planet) in a conscious and qualitative way.

  • What is the Everyday Base jar made of?

    The jar was made of polymers of plant origin - from starch and sugar cane fermentation. It is fully compostable. This means that after you finish your daily base in a given month, you should throw it into "bio" waste.

    The cap is made of plastic (Still. We are already working on it!). Dispose of it in the “plastics and metals” waste.

  • How to store nikalab products?

    Store them in a dry place that is not exposed to intense sunlight, and out of the reach of children.

  • What is the envelope in which my parcel was delivered made of?

    The envelope is made of plant-based polymers and corn starch. It is printed with non-toxic paints. It is fully compostable. This means that if you don't want to use it again, you should throw it away as "bio" waste.

  • Can I drink alcohol every day while taking the Everyday Base?

    Yes. Remember, however, that alcohol may negatively affect the absorption of ingredients.

  • Can I drink coffee and tea every day while taking Everyday Base?

    Yes.

  • Where are nikalab products manufactured?

    The production process takes place in France, Germany or Poland in accordance with the standards applicable to medicines (in places with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification).

  • What tests do nikalab products undergo?

    Let's start with the fact that all nikalab products are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable drug laws, guaranteeing the highest quality.

    Each batch of our product undergoes tests not only applicable to dietary supplements, i.e. tests for heavy metal content or microbiological tests. Our products also undergo tests confirming their quantitative composition and stability within the expiry date, which is standard only for medicines.

  • What is the difference between the Everyday Base Woman Me (18-49 years) and the Everyday Base Woman Me+ (50+ years)?

    Even with a consistent and varied diet, we still suffer from deficiencies. They vary depending on gender and age. That's why we have created Bases adapted to the needs of the stage of life you are in on a daily basis. Each Daily Base is a set of Omega-3 acids, vitamins and minerals, designed to complement your daily diet so that you can enjoy health and beauty today and for years to come.

    Ja+ Everyday Base (50+ years) compared to Ja Everyday Base (18-49 years) contains more vitamin D. It is also supplemented with vitamins E, A, K2 and coenzyme Q10.
