  • How to clean your yoga mat?
    For best results, gently wipe the mat with a soft cloth dampened with a solution of water and a mild, neutral cleanser (a gentle soap or dishwashing liquid works well). Avoid using harsh chemicals.

    After cleaning, rinse off any remaining solution with clean water – either under the shower or using a damp cloth. Let the mat air-dry completely on a flat surface or a drying rack.

    Keep your mat away from direct sunlight or heat sources, as these can damage the material.

    If you're practicing outdoors and your mat gets dirty, try to remove any dirt, sand, or dust before rolling the mat up.
  • How to care for your yoga mat daily?
    Always roll your mat with the graphic side facing outward. This means the anti-slip surface should be on the outside. Rolling it this way helps maintain its shape and prevents creasing or warping.

    If you plan to take a break from your yoga practice for more than 2–3 weeks, remove the strap included with your mat. While the strap is great for keeping your mat rolled up, leaving it on for too long may cause deformation.

    Never leave your yoga mat in direct sunlight for extended periods. Prolonged sun exposure can damage the material and reduce its durability.
