For me, work life balance is... a concept I don't believe in, because it divides work and life as if they were separate entities. I like the concept of "integrated living", which suggests that work is part of life. For me, this is a situation in which we take into account both professional aspects, i.e. being a mentor, leader, and private aspects, in my case being a mother and wife.
My most important daily health habits are... at least 7 hours of sleep, morning stretching and consciously giving up eating meat a few years ago.
I don't do any sports regularly, but... my daily physical activities include morning stretching and walking, which sometimes turns into slow jogging.
I spend… about 1 hour a day on physical activity during the week and much more on weekends.
My motivation for regular exercise is... a good reset from stress, muscle relaxation and relaxation. I want to stay in good shape and have the right amount of energy for the second half of my life. I believe it is good for health.
I meditate for... balance, reset and calm my head and body.
My diet is based on... home-made nut granola, to which I am completely addicted. I also eat a lot of vegetables and supplement my protein with legumes. I like fish, sushi and Thai cuisine. I also drink a lot of water and it is one of the few drinks I drink - apart from wine, of course.
I end the day by… reading information from Social Media or the Internet. When it comes to literature, I switched to audiobooks because you can listen to them anywhere and are not limited in any way.
I spend… at least 7 hours a day sleeping .
The thing I do only for myself is… regular Thai massages. My favorite is the Lomi Lomi massage, but unfortunately I am not able to devote that much time to it. I once had a shoulder injury and after rehabilitation there were no results. I went on holiday to Thailand, where I went for Thai massages every day and my problem disappeared. I decided to continue it after my return and it has served me very well.
My little sins are... good wine. I am a big fan of it, so even when I travel, I try to visit vineyards or taste local specialties.
The definition of happiness... I assimilated from Buddhist philosophy. It is the level of expectation divided by the effort put into implementation. What is important is a good balance between attitude and expectations from yourself, life and surroundings, and what is actually happening.
For me, luxury is... having time to reflect, calm down, break away from everyday life and get out of the rush of events. I'm a very active person, but sometimes I get involved in too much, and finding time to stop becomes a luxury.
My small daily steps in taking care of the planet are... giving up meat, minimizing the use of plastic - because it cannot be completely excluded. I also recently completed postgraduate studies in Green Academy at Collegium Civitas, which helped me build a greater level of awareness and transfer it to the business environment where ESG strategy is an important element. I also don't need too many material things, so I care about the quality of the products I buy.
The advice I would give myself if I was 20 again is... first of all - be brave and don't be afraid to try new and unknown things. Secondly, do not waste any day on worries, because sooner or later they will be solved, and every day is a reason to be happy.
The audiobook I recently listened to and recommend is... “2030. How the clash of today's strongest trends will transform the future of everything” by Mauro F. Guillen. A very interesting book looking into the future and showing the transformation of the world from the perspective of many different levels.
