How are you feeling today? Ok thank you!

For me, work life balance means... joy in both work and private life. Having all this - a happy life, good relationships with loved ones and a satisfying job - I can develop further through philanthropic activities.

My most important health habits are… starting the day by calming my thoughts and achieving inner harmony .

Additionally, I exercise, stretch and eat balanced meals.

The sport I regularly practice is... long-distance desert running, so I'm always training for the next big race. My next challenge is a 250 km run through the Atacama Desert in Chile, which will take place in October.

I spend… at least an hour a day on physical activity every day and longer on weekends. On Sunday I have a long distance training day and on Monday I rest.

My motivation for sports is that... it allows me to stay in good mental and physical condition. I love running and I definitely feel better when I do it regularly.

I meditate... to calm my thoughts and feel inner harmony.

My diet is based on... eating everything. I love to eat.

I end the day… listening to a podcast, audiobook, watching a movie or reading a book.

I spend… 8-9 hours sleeping.

The things I do only for myself are... painting and traveling. He regenerates his body thanks to sports massages.

My little sins are… ice cream, chocolate, cakes and… nachos.

Happiness for me is... living in harmony with yourself.

For me, luxury is ... everyday life - breathing, living, being a healthy person, learning and supporting my own development.

My daily steps in taking care of the planet are... collecting every plastic package I find on my running route and throwing it into the nearest trash bin.

The advice I would give myself if I were 20 again is... don't worry, enjoy life to the fullest and keep faith that everything will be fine.

The podcasts I recommend are… Joel Osteen and Tony Robbins, which are uplifting and energizing.
