In an interview with nikalab, Sebastian Mikosz talks about his most important health habits, daily steps in taking care of the planet, and reveals his favorite podcasts that he listens to regularly.

For me, work life balance is… a concept that is difficult to implement and plan. I certainly don't consider it in the context of one day, but of a period. There are periods when you work a lot and intensively, and there are periods when you completely switch off from work.

My most important health habits are... first of all, intermitten fasting, i.e. several hours of fasting during the day, secondly, ensuring a period in which I cleanse my body and do not drink alcohol, and a daily power walk.

The sport I practice regularly is… bicycle spinning.

I spend 4 to 5 hours a week on physical activity .

My motivation for sports is... a constant attempt to lose weight, feeling good after training and how it affects my psyche.

I don't meditate.

My diet is... diverse, based on fresh products and avoiding processed food.

I end the day by… reading newspaper articles. I do it on my iPad or phone, but it's important to me that I can choose what I want to read that evening.

I spend… 6-7 hours sleeping .

The thing I do only for myself is... intense stretching trance - I like it very much.

My little sins are... a sumptuous dinner with lots of wine and a good dessert.

Happiness for me is... traveling with my family to new places.

Luxury for me is... a trip to a good spa.

My small daily steps in taking care of the planet are... doing simple things such as turning off the lights and shopping consciously. It's better to have something missing than to throw something away.

The advice I would give myself if I were 20 again is... study longer.

The book and podcasts I recommend are... " State of Emergency" and "Polityka Insight" - I listen to these podcasts regularly. However, recently I read the book "I rush like a wild tapir. Bartoszewski in 93 scenes” and it is a very relaxing, personal and great sense of humor. I recommend!
