For me, work life balance means... flexibility. Whenever I need to focus on something professional, even at unusual hours, I have the opportunity to do so. I have a lot of evening calls, so I have to be flexible here. It also works the other way round - whenever I need to do something related to my private life, I can also organize it. No one suffers from this - neither the organization I work for nor my family. My most important daily health habits are… sleep, exercise, diet and mental health. It is a very simple structure that I pay a lot of attention to. The sport I practice regularly is... strength training, which I do during organized classes, and an appropriate amount of training in zone 2 - i.e. walking and cardio, 1 or 2 times a week. I also practice yoga. I spend about 6-8 hours a week on physical activity , or even more. What motivates me to participate in sports is... the achievement of indicators and the company. Recently, when I lost my watch, it was difficult for me to motivate myself because I couldn't see my KPIs being achieved. The second motivation is company. I go for walks with my children and to the gym with my husband or friends. For us, it is a form of socializing. I have been meditating… for years. I don't even remember if it was hard to start, but it was probably hard to admit it at the time. It gives me peace, perspective, a more open mind and a release after a long day of work. In my diet I make sure... there are no glucose spikes. I have a family history of diabetes, so I started using a device that measures glucose levels in the body in real time. I already know what tricks to introduce into my diet to avoid these spikes. I recommend the Instagram profile @glucosegoddess, which describes it fantastically. I end the day by… reading a book. This calms me down and calms me down best. I spend… at least 8.5 hours on sleep, and often even more. The thing I do only for myself is... every now and then I go away alone for a weekend to collect my thoughts and take a break from everyday duties. My little sins are... drinking isotonic drinks. In a tropical climate, this is a "must have" for me. Happiness for me is... inner peace and the feeling that I am in the right place, moment and time. Luxury for me is... flexibility, freedom and comfort. My small, everyday steps in taking care of the planet are... I live by the principle of "reduce" and "reuse" and limit consumerism - I don't think my husband will admit that he has more pairs of shoes than I do. I limit the number of things I have because I like simplicity and ease of decision-making. Unfortunately, in Asia, taking care of the planet is not as advanced as in Europe, for example, there is no infrastructure that helps sort things. The advice I would give myself if I were 20 again is... I would tell my teenage self: you are beautiful, smart and valuable. The books and podcast I recommend are… “Outlive” by Peter Attia, “ How to Avoid a Climate Disaster” by Bill Gates and the Huberman Lab podcast. How to find time for a dynamic life... is a matter of choices, big compromises and task prioritization. My day is not magically extended. I never watch TV, I meet my friends for weekend breakfasts, lunches, not dinners. I like to encourage them to play sports together. This is what my social life looks like.
