Anti-aging and skin.

Age is one of the factors that accelerates the increase in the amount of free radicals in the body. Free radicals themselves are not enemies. These are simply reactive oxygen molecules that are created in our bodies all the time, even during the breathing process. The body needs them for many biological processes, e.g. to fight infections. The condition in which there are too many free radicals or when cells are unable to neutralize them is called oxidative stress. In this situation, free radicals can damage cell DNA and contribute to the development of cancer, heart disease and inflammatory diseases 4,5 , as well as intensify the body's aging processes.

They help reduce the amount of free radicals, among others: antioxidants. For example, vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress 6 . Scientific research also shows that coenzyme Q10 inhibits the production of free radicals and works synergistically with vitamin E 7 .

Antioxidants also support the health and appearance of the skin. Vitamin A helps maintain the proper condition of the skin 8 and mucous membranes 9 . Scientific research shows that coenzyme Q10 improves skin smoothness and reduces the visibility of wrinkles 10 . In studies, low levels of this nutrient have been linked to skin cancer 11 . Scientists also point to the beneficial effects of Omega-3 acids on the general condition of the skin 12 .

Immune support.
